These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cbet ("cbet", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at cbet.today, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing cbet.today, clicking "I Agree" during registration, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their contents.
• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are depositing and wagering your own funds.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the cbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to all of the above, you must immediately cease using cbet.today and close any account you have registered.

Access to and use of the cbet platform is restricted to eligible individuals. To register and maintain an active account on cbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. cbet is an adult-only platform. The 18+ age restriction is a hard legal and ethical limit — not a guideline. We enforce this requirement through KYC identity verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cbet platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or region of residence. cbet provides its services primarily for the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm that online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the platform in full compliance with local law.

2.3 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder and have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms — including through a previous cbet self-exclusion request — are not eligible to maintain an active account. 2.4 Personal Use Only

cbet accounts are for personal use only. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, operate an account for commercial purposes, accept bets from third parties through your account, or act as an agent for any other player. Any account found to be operating in a commercial or agency capacity will be closed and all balances forfeited.

To access cbet's full range of services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name (matching your National ID or passport).
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number for SMS verification and 2FA.
• A valid email address for account communications.
• A secure password meeting cbet's minimum complexity requirements.

You agree to provide truthful information and to update your account details promptly if they change. cbet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered cbet account at any given time. Creating a second account — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device — is strictly prohibited. cbet uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances, including any pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

cbet is committed to operating a safe and responsible platform. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for all accounts before the first withdrawal can be processed. KYC may also be triggered at any time at cbet's discretion for accounts exhibiting unusual activity. KYC verification requires submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National ID Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and address in Bangladesh, dated within the past 90 days.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment account used for deposits belongs to you.

All KYC documents are reviewed by cbet's compliance team and stored securely in accordance with the cbet Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must not share your password with any third party. cbet will never ask for your full password via email or support channels. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

cbet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment on behalf of another person.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbet currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval).

Payment methods may be added or removed at cbet's discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment options via the platform. cbet is not liable for delays or failures caused by payment service providers outside of cbet's direct control.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cbet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cbet does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• cbet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the cbet account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• KYC-verified accounts receive same-day withdrawal processing during BST business hours. All other requests are processed within 24 hours.
• cbet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that trigger fraud monitoring alerts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).

4.4 Failed or Declined Transactions

cbet is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues on the payment provider's side. If a deposit is debited from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account but does not appear in your cbet wallet within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation. Do not attempt to re-deposit the same amount before the original transaction has been reviewed, as this may result in a duplicate charge.

cbet offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and verified their mobile number.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• cbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are clearly labelled in your account wallet.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated at the point of the offer. As a general guide:

• Welcome bonuses: typically 25x the bonus amount.
• Reload bonuses: typically 20x–30x the bonus amount.
• Free spin winnings: typically 25x the total winnings generated from free spins.

Only bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) compared to slot games (typically 100% contribution). Specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, cbet reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, and to close the offending account.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and instant game activity on cbet is governed by the rules set out in this section, supplemented by game-specific rules where applicable.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. cbet does not accept bet cancellations after the bet slip has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to cbet's standard void policy. Pre-match bets on an abandoned event are typically voided and stakes returned, unless more than 90% of the scheduled playing time has been completed.
• cbet reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time, without prior notice.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is submitted. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds at which the bet was accepted.
• cbet does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event and may withdraw markets at any time before or during an event.
• Cricket markets cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other international fixtures. Market-specific rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis method application, super-over scenarios) are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

6.2 Live Casino

• Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by that studio's stated game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical disruption to a live table (stream failure, dealer error, technical malfunction), the studio's standard disconnection policy applies. cbet is not liable for studio-side technical failures beyond its direct control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits on live casino tables are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed.

6.3 Slot & Instant Games

• All slot games and instant games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and statistically fair.

• In the event of a game error or malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout, or game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

6.4 Palpable Errors

cbet reserves the right to void bets at any time where a palpable error in odds, lines, or game parameters has occurred — for example, where odds were published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault. cbet will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed and winnings voided under the prohibited conduct rules in Section 7.

cbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering or using more than one cbet account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform by any person under 18 years of age.
• Third-Party Funding: Depositing funds belonging to another person, or permitting another person to use your account.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting Abuse: Systematically exploiting discrepancies between cbet's odds and those of other platforms in a manner that constitutes commercial abuse rather than recreational betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share information during live games, or otherwise gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using cbet deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. cbet is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. cbet will treat fraudulent chargebacks as a serious breach of these Terms and will recover the amount through all available legal means.
• Platform Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, palpable odds errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cbet support staff or other platform users.

cbet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting cbet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked winnings will not be paid out upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

cbet takes responsible gaming seriously. Any player who wishes to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within minutes of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and access to the platform will be denied. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion.

8.3 Enforcement Closure

Where cbet closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 — the following outcomes apply:

• All pending bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded at cbet's discretion.
• Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited entirely.
• Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and will be released after satisfactory resolution of any outstanding compliance review.
• cbet's decision regarding enforcement closures is final and binding.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. cbet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before the inactivity fee begins to apply. To reactivate an account, simply log in and resume activity.

8.5 Platform Changes and Service Termination

cbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time with reasonable advance notice to players where practicable. In the event of full platform closure, cbet will process withdrawal of all outstanding real-money balances for verified accounts within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. cbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
